I may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when Users visit my Site, fill out a contact or loan inquiry form, use interactive tools such as calculators, subscribe to a newsletter, or engage with other activities, services, features, or resources I make available on my Site.

Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, email address, and phone number. Users may visit my Site anonymously. I will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to me. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

I may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with my Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of device, technical information about the User's means of connection to my Site (such as the operating system and Internet service provider), and other similar information.

My Site uses Vercel Web Analytics to report visits to public pages, available referral sources, and confirmed inquiry submissions. These reports help me understand which information brings visitors to the Site. Vercel also reports general device, browser, and approximate location information; its Web Analytics service does not use tracking cookies.

Analytics excludes private advisor and file-upload pages, borrower form contents, financial details, receipt identifiers, and URL query strings or fragments. Inquiry events contain only a general source category and a public landing-page path. A separate session-only record of campaign codes may accompany an inquiry you choose to submit. Missing referral information is recorded as unknown, and an inquiry receipt does not establish loan approval or an application outcome.

My Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. A User's web browser places cookies on their device for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

The testimonial form collects your name, email, service category, experience, chosen public attribution and consent declarations. These are stored for private review and authenticity checks. An abuse-prevention identifier derived from your network address helps limit repeated submissions.

If you choose the optional AI writing helper, your experience text is sent to an external AI service to suggest clarity edits. Your separate name, email and service-category fields are not sent to it. Leave private financial information, contact details, property addresses and other people’s or lenders’ names out of your text. Automated screening cannot identify every private detail.

You can keep your original words, edit a suggestion or approve it for submission. If you submit an assisted version, we privately retain your original notes, the AI suggestion, the final wording and the edit/consent record so Luke can review them. Published assisted testimonials include an AI-editing disclosure. Unsubmitted notes and suggestions are not saved in our testimonial database; usage counters contain no testimonial text. AI processing is subject to the service’s data practices.

Only selected experiences are published, after review and your explicit publication consent. Public content includes your submitted wording, service category and your chosen first name with last initial or anonymous attribution. Your email and full last name are not displayed. Review notes and consent records remain private.

Contact luke@roasst.com to correct a submission, withdraw publication permission or request deletion. Removal from this site cannot immediately remove copies or search results held by other services. Submission does not enroll you in marketing.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use my Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
